Our Shipping Policy

Please contact us via chatbox or by email should you have any questions.

***Covid-19 Update: Covid is still disturbing shipping from acquiring products to shipping them to you. As such, please calculate extra time for arrivals. Rest assured, we are continuously monitoring better options to serve you. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns via the chatbox or by email.***

Domestic Shipping Policy

We are pleased to be shipping within Canada at this time. We are actively working on shipping to the USA. Please Subscribe to get updates on our progress or come back soon to visit us.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and within 72 hours (business days).

We are pleased to ship orders from Monday 10 am to Friday 12 pm. Orders received on Friday, after 12 pm, will be processed the following Monday. Should we experience a higher volume of orders or encounter other unforeseen circumstances leading to a delay beyond the regular shipment processing time listed here, an email communique will be provided to you indicating the issue and the new expectations.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Every effort is made to meet and exceed our suggested shipping time frames every day. And even though we cannot guarantee time-frames because we use a third party to perform shipping and delivery, we will strive to advise you and assist you along the way. This is why we urge you to assign and allow sufficient and necessary time, on and above the suggested time frames provided, in order to ensure an adequate time frame for a specific delivery.

Please note that engraving or personalising a product in any way automatically increases the delivery times by several days depending on the company, this results on a case per case basis time frames. Please contact us before purchasing for an estimated time of completion.

Shipping charges for your order, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Rest assured, shipping delivery time estimates begin immediately after our processing time.

Because we use a third party for our shipping and delivery, prices will change occasionally, and as such, are subject to change without notice.

As always, please contact us should you have any questions or require assistance.

  • Funeral Homes should accept, without handling or administration fees in some provinces, casket, and urns from an independent funeral service merchandise retailer. In most cases, they cannot treat you or your family any differently from purchasing directly from them. Please be sure to confirm and understand what the legislation and rules are in your area.

  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform the funeral home, cemetery, business, or entity of the upcoming delivery

  • Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for acceptance and receivership.

  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm and understand local, governmental, and business bylaws, regulations, and legislations before purchasing any item.

  • Although we will always be ready to offer our advice, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure every item purchased is correct for their needs and applications.

  • Please be sure to allow enough time for deliveries. Extra time, on and above our delivery estimated times, should be considered in all cases.

  • Please note that engraving or personalising a product in any way automatically increases the delivery times by several days depending on the company, this results on a case per case basis time frames. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us before purchasing an item in order to get an estimated time of completion.

  • Engraving and personalization are offered based on the manufacturers/suppliers?engravers' artistic guidance and knowledge of the products. No sketches, layouts, designs are provided unless specifically specified by us. As such, the manufacturers/suppliers/engravers will use their best judgment for placement, layout, and overall design. All fonts are Times Romans. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information for engraving and ask relevant questions regarding engraving and personalisation.

  • Caveat Emptor. We pride ourselves on our availability and willingness to assist with every purchase. Because your satisfaction is our number one priority, and since having a clear understanding of expectations and responsibilities makes for outstanding relationships and memorable experiences, we have designed simple references of responsibilities. As always, please contact us should you have any questions or require assistance.

Funeral Homes should accept, without handling or administration fees in some provinces, casket, and urns from an independent funeral service merchandise retailer. In most cases, they cannot treat you or your family any differently from purchasing directly from them. Please be sure to confirm and understand what the legislation and rules are in your area.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform the funeral home, cemetery, business, or entity of the upcoming delivery

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for acceptance and receivership.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm and understand local, governmental, and business bylaws, regulations, and legislations before purchasing any item.

Although we will always be ready to offer our advice, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure every item purchased is correct for their needs and applications.

Please be sure to allow enough time for deliveries. Extra time, on and above our delivery estimated times, should be considered in all cases.

Caveat Emptor. We pride ourselves on our availability and willingness to assist with every purchase. You can count on us to get accurate and reliable information, as we understand it to be, and fair and honest answers to your questions. However, customers bear the responsibility to ask the relevant questions, acquire information, and make pertinent decisions based on their wants, needs, and affordability. In other words: We are here (and glad) to help, but you are in charge. Caveat Emptor.
